She specializes in sourcing and recruiting candidates across all business lines for aggressive and high volume recruitment plans. Naarah collaborates with executives to create employment brand and talent management strategies. She is dedicated, decisive and passionate about connecting people with the right career and culture.
Outside of work, Naarah loves to be with her husband, 4 children, mini Bernedoodle, Havanese and cat at their home in Montana. She is passionate about training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and eating doughnuts.

With over 10 years of recruiting experience, Meagan has headed up recruiting efforts and recruited for a variety of global and national startup and enterprise organizations. She is passionate about building recruiting programs from scratch and strategizing with leadership teams to find top talent. Meagan is known for producing a high volume of quality candidates in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Clients appreciate her directness, strategic thinking, and ability to handle massive hiring loads with a smile.
When she’s not chasing down candidates and hiring managers, Meagan is running after her two energetic children, riding horses and fostering dogs in Yakima Valley, WA.

5+ years in the recruiting field, Adriel started out as a recruiting coordinator and talent sourcer for 6hTalent, then worked her way into full-cycle recruiting and is loving every minute of it. She specializes in finding passive candidates and helping clients find the right talent for their hard-to-fill roles. She is passionate about people with their next career opportunity.
Adriel lives in Arizona with her husband, 4 beautiful daughters, and two cats. She loves the desert life, but admittingly still trying to get used to the snakes and bugs!
