Naarah
Naarah is a dedicated, decisive, and passionate recruitment professional committed to connecting people with the right career and culture. An award-winning recruitment professional, she specializes in sourcing and recruiting national and global candidates across all business lines for aggressive and high-volume recruitment plans. Naarah enjoys finding niche candidates for hard-to-fill roles and collaborating with executives to develop employment brand and talent management strategies.
Outside of work, Naarah loves spending time with her husband and four children in Montana. She is also a black belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and coach, and former Montana State Representative.
Meagan
Meagan has headed up recruiting efforts for a variety of global and national startup and enterprise organizations. She is passionate about building recruiting programs from scratch and strategizing with leadership teams to find top talent. Meagan is known for producing a high volume of quality candidates in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Clients appreciate her directness, strategic thinking, and ability to handle massive hiring loads with a smile.
When she’s not chasing down candidates and hiring managers, Meagan is running after her two energetic children, riding horses, and fostering dogs in Yakima Valley, WA.
Adriel
Adriel brings 8 years of experience in building and executing recruitment strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. She began her career as a recruiting coordinator and candidate sourcer before quickly advancing to full cycle recruiting for technology, healthcare, and non-profit companies, where she has thrived.
Adriel lives in Arizona with her husband, four daughters, and three cats. They spend time with friends, swimming, and enjoying their small rodeo town.
Dana
Dana started recruiting for aerospace and technology companies and then moved into business development and account management. She has wide-ranging experience recruiting engineers, developers, salespeople, accountants, managers, and executives across a multitude of industries. Dana excels at finding the needle-in-the-haystack candidates and nothing makes her happier than making the perfect match.
Dana splits her time between Washington and California where most of her family lives. In her spare time, she loves to ski, golf, cycle, and fly-fish.
